Hypnotizing and mesmerizing soundscapes spiced with lots of experiments characterizes Kiloton’s musical output which carries a distinct flavor of the special Scandinavian electronic sound known from pioneers such as Biosphere. Kiloton is known for his slowly building deep minimal soundscapes that draw upon elements of noise, glitch, clicks’n’cuts and dub over sometimes even beatless ambient moods.

Kiloton’s impressive live performances draw its listener into his sphere of mesmerizing reverberations and has taken him all over Denmark over the last couple of years – both as headliner and supporting international acts such for instance his own heroes in Mouse of Mars. Kiloton’s many performances has granted him great recognition among fellow producers as well as among the crowds.

Alongside recording under his Kiloton moniker, Mads Weitling also records and performs as part of the duo Rumforskning together with another Uhrlaut artist, Periskop (aka. Danny Kreutzfeldt). Together they have released much of their Rumforskning material on the Dutch/Canadian dataObscura label.
